PROCESSED AND SPREADABLE CHEESE PRODUCTION LINE 500 KG/H

Automatic line for the production of processed cheese and spreadable cheese.
Capacity 500 Kg/h
It is suitable for the melting of powder products like “casein”, and suitable for the melting of waste processing. Possibility to insert spices and herbs during the cooking phase in order to obtain a good mixing of all ingredients.
Entirely built in Aisi 316 stainless steel, double wall vat for the steam injection into the jacket at 4 Bar.
Easy use of the machine thanks to recipes set in the PLC to control the production ingredients. Screw pump complete with hopper and piping to connect it to the packaging machine.
Line completely arrange to CIP washing system.

Curd-cutter LAB 03 suitable to cut the cheeses in small pieces in order to speed up the melting process.
Tilting elevator machine equipped by trucks with variable capacity from 100 up to 250 kg.
Steam melter-stretcher, entirely built in Aisi 316 stainless steel, double wall vat for the steam injection into the jacket at 4 Bar.
Easy use of the machine thanks to recipes set in the PLC to control the production ingredients.
