STRING CHEESE PRODUCTION LINE

String cheese, one of the new fashion snack around the world, is also a very popular daily snack for children, thanks to the perfect peelability.

With MilkyLAB lines you can produce “traditional string cheese” from milk and curd, but also “analogue string cheese” by using powder ingredients like rennet casein or modified starch.

MilkyLAB offers different solutions for the production of string cheese according to the characteristics of the product, in order to respond to all demands. All MilkyLAB lines guarantee string cheese with a consistent texture and perfect peelability.

The automatic line for the production of string cheese consist of: steam cooker-stretcher, automatic moulding machine with special extruding system, pre-cooling and automatical cutting system.
The whole production line completely arranged with cover and spraying balls for automatic CIP cleaning in order to guarantee the perfect sanitation.

MOULDING MACHINE LAB 28S FOR STRING CHEESE

Automatic Moulding machine LAB 28/S for the production of string cheese.

Moulding head for string cheese complete with moulding pipes:
- fixed diameter from 10 mm up to 16 mm max. (upon customer request)
- adjustable product length max 160 mm

The Lab 28S moulder consists of:
- thrusting section;
- feeding section;
- moulding head;
- weight control system;
- automatic cutting system by pneumatic cylinder

Extreme precision of weight, diameter and length of each string cheese. 
Completely arranged for CIP washing system.
